Helping ICICI Bank reframe what it means to build a career in banking
ICICI Bank was launching iUniverse, a new Careers app that aimed to make the job discovery and application process simpler, smoother, and more inclusive. They approached us to create an animated explainer that would speak to a wide range of job seekers — from tech professionals to fresh graduates — and shift old perceptions of what a “banking job” looks like. Our goal: keep it aspirational, grounded, and unmistakably ICICI.
Balancing brand gravity with warmth and approachability.
We developed the visual style, illustrations, and animation from scratch — aligning closely with ICICI Bank’s brand guidelines, while also building in an inviting, human touch. From scripting to final delivery, this 2D explainer was designed to feel clear, encouraging, and optimistic — reassuring applicants that no matter their background, they could find a place at ICICI. The client loved the outcome, and we loved the process.
In the end, it was about more than just a job app — it was about making ambition feel welcome.
